Kate’s love of learning, nurtured at BGGS, led her right back to the School to help inspire that same passion in future Grammar girls.

‘I adored my time at Girls Grammar, so when I graduated from university as a new teacher, it felt natural to return to the School. I taught at Girls Grammar for 15 years and loved each and every day.

‘My passion has never revolved around a specific subject area, but is drawn to the education of young women more broadly. I deeply believe that Girls Grammar prepares young women for the world they live in and encourages them to contribute confidently to their world with wisdom, imagination and integrity.

‘I feel incredibly fortunate to have been able to work here for so long, and to contribute to so many lives along the way. I have a beautiful young family and my daughters will hopefully attend Girls Grammar in the near future—I can't wait to see where their paths take them.’
