‘After leaving BGGS in 2005, I studied Criminology at The University of Queensland and Forensics at the University of Canberra, completing my studies in 2010.

'In 2011, I graduated from the NSW Police Force Academy and was stationed at Surry Hills Police Command. I worked in general duties for 4.5 years before transferring to a covert drug investigation unit.

‘In 2019, I earned a spot at the Police Dog Unit. I work with Drug Detection Dog, Ita, and we travel all over the state to help investigators find evidence of drug offences. I have been awarded the Dog Unit Police Officer of the Year twice (2019, 2021).

‘Outside of work, I have represented Australia twice in the sport of triathlon. In 2016, I competed at the World Cross-Triathlon Championships at Jindabyne, and in 2018, I competed at the World Triathlon Championships on the Gold Coast.

‘In 2020, I married Ben in a small (covid-restricted) ceremony on Sydney Harbour. Ben is also a police officer, and he never asks questions when I bring another puppy home from work! In 2023, we ran the Sydney Marathon together.

‘I have followed a career that is quite unique among Grammar girls. As a consequence, I have learned that it is important to carve your own path and go after what you want to do. Aim for your own goals, not someone else’s.’
