This week at BGGS, Grammar girls acknowledged National Reconciliation Week. The School’s Uralla club—a student-based service club that meets regularly to explore Indigenous culture and promote awareness of contemporary issues facing our Indigenous population—commemorated National Sorry Day with a rainbow serpent installation. The installation was designed to inspire conversations about the aims of National Reconciliation Week, which was established in 1996 by the Council for Aboriginal Reconciliation.
