As part of their Duke of Edinburgh service, Grammar girls, Charlotte King (9R) and Charlotte Russell (9G), prepared and packed more than 100 kits for Queensland Child Protection Week’s Shine a Light for Children Lantern Project.
The kits have been distributed across Queensland for communities to ‘shine their light’ on child protection during Child Protection Week, which is held from Sunday 6 September to Saturday 12 September.
The girls were proud to be able to contribute to such a worthy cause.
