Last Friday, Year 8 students participated in Youth Digital, a workshop designed by QUT Creative Enterprise Australia. The program engaged students in digital creativity and entrepreneurship through storytelling and creative thinking. The workshop, led by Changer Studios, demonstrated to girls the processes that are involved in the interplay of technology and the commercialisation of creativity.
Year 8 BGGS and BGS students are invited to attend a follow-up session Youth Digital Masterclass, on Monday 28 October. The 2.5-hour masterclass will be an immersive experience for our students with the opportunity to learn from some of the world’s best practitioners in online video. The masterclass will look at key aspects around filming, audio and lighting. Students can register to attend online.
