On Monday 16 October, the three prize winners of this year’s QETA/UQ Economics competition, Rebecca Chen (10W), Chloe Harch (10M), and Kate Ireland (12O), attended the prize-giving ceremony at The University of Queensland (UQ), alongside prize-winners from other schools. The students listened to the address from Professor Daniel Zizzo, Head of School—Faculty of Business, Economics and Law, UQ.
They also enjoyed the opportunity to liaise with some past BGGS students studying Economics, Business and Law at UQ. Economics teacher, Mr Bilal Sezgin, also attended the ceremony and celebrated the achievements of the students.
